well for anyone interested I have talked with him and I kinda have a clue on what hes looking to do. He wants to make a slot vented box for 2 12's powerbase subs. And he wants it loud and to sound good. I dont really know what measurments he has to work with etc. I would help him but I am not good at calcs and stuff with boxes.

here are the specs
50 oz. magnet dual 4 ohm vc
power handling 250 watts/ 350 watts peak
sensitivity 87 dB @ 1W/1M
FS= 29.8 HZ, QTS= 0.78, VAS= 118.9 Hz
Frequency Response 30 Hz - 1 kHz

the box will be one large one that will sit behind my back seat in the trunk. It will be around 36" long and 16" in heighth.

So I figured I would get started helping him.I cant design him a box or help with him because I am not good at that type of stuff but I can help him this way, and thats all I am trying to do. He is offline and will be posting alot, he has been pming me a few times aday I have been trying to help him out as much as I can and thats why I know some of this stuff. And I told him he should do a post like this and that I would try to help answer questions if he didnt know them. He is new at this stuff.
