4th Order Bandpass for 2 12" XXX

How would I go about getting the design for one of these bad boys.. any good sites? I would probably end up buying a custom built one from someone; does anyone know of a person or places to purchase custom CORRECTLY BUILT bandpass enclosures?

I'm going to build my own ported box with a design I got from David at RE but I would like to have a bandpass as well. Thanks.
