To be or not to be vented.....

I was wondering could I port a Lethal Injection 12 using a box that is 1.32ft^3. I will be pushing 500 watts rms to it. If it can be ported, to what frequency, what size port, and how long of a port? Please help me I am lost if you need anymore info please let me know.

build a new box and port it, then you'll be very happy. If you keep that small of a box, after the port displacement it won't be worth it at all, will probably sound worse actually.
