    It's ok for a prefab..you could easily make a better box yourself for cheaper tho...

    Re: box for 2 pg ti 10s

    A good popular material to use is 3/4 mdf. As for box plans find out what type of enclosure you want sealed or ported then look up manufacturer reccomendations. A sealed box is just that a sealed box and you should be able to design one yourself easily ported is harder, look at some of the threads on this forum as there are many variables to keep into account.

    Re: box for 2 pg ti 10s

    well it was like 48 bucks for the box
    compare it to making a box yourself. I am just throwing rough estimates here
    MDF = $25
    Screws = $3
    Glue, liquid nails, or some other sealer = $5
    Carpet = $8
    so far that is $42
    Plus if you don't have the tools then that is even more.

    Then if you also buy thr box prefabbed it is ready to go and you don't have to screw with it for a night or two.

    If it was ported i would tell you to make it yourself, then it would be specifically designed for your subs. But for a ported box, i would go with the prefabbed you selected.

    That is just my take on it

    Re: box for 2 pg ti 10s

    i meant if it was ported DIY, but in his case since it is sealed go with the preffabbed.

    I am tired, leave me alone
