3) You never specified the thickness of the walls (specifically the baffle the port passes through). This is quite important as this portion of the port that passes through the wall does not take up space within the enclosure ...
4) How your port is laid out can affect your tuning frequency and must be accounted for ... I'd say your enclosure is tuned 1-2 Hz below 32 Hz ...
