    Need sources for Plixiglass

I'm looking for places to buy plastic sheet goods for an upcomming project. Acrylic, Lexan, Plexiglass, etc. I know a lot of guys use clear plexi for amp racks and see-through enclosures and such, so I figure I'd ask here where you buy them.

I'd be looking for 3/4" material. McMaster sells it but it's hella expensive.

    TIA

Thanks bro. They're way cheaper than McMaster.

I buy plastics at Regal Plastics. They don't have a location in your area but I'd think there's a plastics wholesaler there so doing some due diligence in finding a loca supplier might pay off.

    Re: Need sources for Plixiglass

I went on ebay and found a few companies due to the fact that I live in an area that there aren't any places to buy within a couple hundred miles. I found one I liked and sent them the specs on what I needed and the cut it and everything. Saved me the time and hassle now a couple times of having to buy the tools for cutting.

    Re: Need sources for Plixiglass

I found a plastics fabrication shop, right in my town. Gonna stop in there and ask. I have cutting tools but if they can cut some precision parts for me it'd save a lot of grief. Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Yep, estreetplastics is where I got mine. 9"x18"x.75" for $20. Tough to beat that anywhere unless you know someone.
