    top & bot: 19"D x 35"w
    sides: 19"D x 14"H
    front and back: 33.5"W x 14"H
    2nd baffle 35"w x 15.5"H
    Brace 1-4: 5" x 14"H
    Brace 5-8 : 3" x 17.5"D
    (optional) Aeroport Brace 8" x14"H
    Aeroport (6" x 13.75") x2

After accounting all the other bracing in, your at 4.52 cubic feet you still need .12 cubic feet of additional bracing via 45 degree cuts (Measurements N/A) that, you gotta do yourself, but with all 4 corners done, it should give you the proper volume so your tuning would be around 33-34 If you dont want to do 45s, you can add your own bracing elsewhere to compensate maybe some triangles/squares at the corners.

final specs 3.95-4.05 cubic feet net, 32-33 hz

tuning got a little bit lower then expected since i had to give you room to fit the flares on your ports.
I'd recommend attaching the port to the 1st baffle and have a flush fit with the 2nd one or else your tuning is going to go down to 31hz.

Thank you chef. You made another one? Would I benefit using 2-3 4" aero's over the 6"? Since the rule is to keep the width of the aero the same distance against back wall. And with the 6"flares it would be around 5" away from back wall. I don't know if I go with 4" aero's the ports would have to be longer or shorter I assume longer?. Box is being made for s 2011 g rand Cherokee so if you have any ideas for a good sq/SPL box put em out there... Greatly greatly appreciated sir

its 6 inch ports for the 2nd one too three of them. Difference between the first one and the 2nd one is, the 2nd has much more adequate port area. I'm using win ISD atm and trying to get a proper cross area between 79.1 and 101.7 so the sub would breath properly and have minimal port noise, following the "14-16 multiply by Box volume" rule for port area.
The box by itself without accounting port area is 5.65 cubic feet. If you want to follow that rule then assuming you've added enough bracing so its 5.2 cubic feet then you can go with two 7 inch aeroports each 13" long, gives you close to a proper cross area and same tuning. Final box volume will be 4.6 cubic feet after brace and port area only draw back about that is, its kinda hard to find 7 inch pvc pipes.

if we want to make it work following that rule then we'll need to shorten the depth of the box and sacrifice some airspace.

I would think 4cubes after displacement and bracing would be plenty. These sub's play better in that size of box over a huge box. If you were to use 40"wide and 18-20" deep with just 3 4" aero's how long would the aero's be? And same specs with 2 6" zeros. Like I said. Thanks a lot for helping me. I'm sure we will get a perfect one dialed in. I can PayPal you some money if you would like for your time.

Re: quick easy box plans needed

Its cool man no sweat. With a bigger enclosure, the port lengths are going to be shorter if you want to keep the 33-35 hz tuning, making it longer will give you a much lower tuning. with only 3 4 inch aeros, your gonna be a little bit short on port area and have some port noise going on. with 3 4" aeros, you can only go 6 inches long before the tuning starts going down. To be 4 inch away from the back, you'll be down to 24hz tuning for your 3 4" aeros.

we can have a 36W 15.5H 19D that equals to 4.9 cubic foot gross, add in enough bracing so it would equal to 4.4 cubic feet then you can use two 6inch 13" long aeros and it would give you between 33-34 hz tuning and 3.98 cubic feet net after port displacement.

To get an accurate read on your bracing displacement, just calculate how much volume each piece will take up, for rectangles (L x W x H) divided by 1728 and subtract from the 4.9 cubic feet. Or (3.14 X radius X length) divided by 1728 for circular poles.

Could you do a screenshot of the win-isd sub box with the 2 6" aero's and the specs of 36"x15x19.. That sounds like it would work out real well if its 4.9 before displacement. And in the new box pic can you use your recommended bracing points and factor them into the box. Both end of ports with be flared using the diy PVC bowl flare technic.. And cut outs.

Cant find TS parameters for your sub anywhere so I cant model the frequency response for you in a graphical form. I can only use winisd to figure out the port area needed, and port length/tuning. The rest is all basic trigonometry. I can put in a comparable sub like an FIQ, RE XXX, or SSA xcon in and show you the graph.

I edited my first post and added the picture on there so check back up there.

your frequency response, its a semi flat response with emphasis on low end. It'll be peaking in the 30-45 hz range and having a slow roll off above that. it should hit notes under 30 hz too.

Win isd doesnt design the actual box, it just calculates your needed measurements and shows you a graph of how the sub will perform in its spec'd enclosure. Design is all pen and paper lol. In this case, windows Paint lol
