    will this cause noise cancellation?

I'm buildong a basic ported box for my 3 sa 12's, would it be a problem if I put one sub on the top of the box and two on the front? Will the subs being mounted perpendicular like that, (mounted on perpendicular walls) cause any problems?

The port is a U port facing upward, same wall as the single sub if that helps at all

    All day I'm clippin'

    I don't give a damn,
    cause my trunk always hittin'!

creating a proper sound wave. Step one, turn it up until clipping. Step two, done.

I was gonna have the single sub and port firing up, why would it be better for them foring towards the trunk? Its going in a hatchback so I faced the port up for better air flow. It will fit either way, should I flip it?

hatchback? even better. I believe the way you described positioning them is fine.
