    ported box

    yeah i'm going to build a ported box for my power hx2 12'' sub 1000watts rms and the recommended size is 2.5 cubic feet in the owner's manual, but is that the best size for the biggest boom?

    If you want some extra boom.. go 3~4cubes tuned to 32~35hz. It should slam.
