New set up, new to systems. Help!!!!

K guys ill be running a hifonics brz2100 with 1/0 welding wire, big 3 upgrade, stock alternator and battery. I'll be powering a sundown audio e15 I. A ported box around 3.5^ feet but not positive and do not know what it's tuned too. Any suggestions, and what should I set my SPF too??

set subsonic at 25 hertz and lp at 80 hertz

Another question, does is matter matter what test tone use to tune my amp? I've heard 60hz but I'm not sure. My sub is a sundown E15.

I always use 50hz, AC out the wall socket is 50hz so DMM's are optimised to read that frequency.
