is the 15 sq in/ cube a decent guideline for most subs using a slot port. Im going to start a box tomorrow for a eclipse aluminum 10. I do have a spare 4" aero port if that would work better.
just need a weekend project to get away from the wife a little.

depends on many factors but I try to stay within 12-18 per cu ft.
Yeah 15 is a pretty good overall rule of thumb without knowing anything else.
