A-pillar baffel rings for my 3 way comp set

I need someone to make some flush mount MDF baffle rings for me. So I can glass some A-pillar pods up. For the 3inch mid and tweeter. 4 rings total.

if you are looking for the focal pods, do what I did. I called a bunch of Focal dealers to see if any had them sitting around from a old installs. I actually found out that many of them dont use the pods when the do 3 way installs(high end customers didnt like the look of the pod in their 100k cars i was told). So the pods were sitting around in the install bays and they sell them cheap. A couple months back I picked up two pairs for 50 bucks.

So you would want one with the cutout diameter of the speakers and the top piece with the outer diameter of the speakers correct?

Yes, they are hideous. and the pods limit the placement potential. So I want MDF baffel rings made so I can fabricate up some a-pillars. I need 2 rings for the mids and two for the tweets. I have a pretty steep windshield so I may end up having to bank the mids off the glass and put the tweets around the 30degree off axis mark to get the best imaging.

I would think any local shop could make you a set of baffles. Basically you just have to tell the size or the speaker. Even cheaper would be go to a wood working shop. We have one locally and they will cut all sorts of stuff for you and do better jobs than the car stereo shops. They are cheaper because they dont know or care that you are doing this to make A pillar pods, the car stereo shops do and bang your head for it.
