2002 Jeep Wrangler Custom Box 2 SA-8v2s

I've spent some time and made a google sketchup file of the box with everything calculated correctly. The only issue I'm concerned about is the internal port opening - I'm worried that it might be too close to where the actually subs would be. See, I could basically flip the ports and have the external opening at the top which would also make the internal openings at the top and they would have a lot more room to breathe opposed to how they are now. Tell me what you guys think.
