round ports for my bandpass

Well ill be making a few but I like about 43 for daily.... its 4.2 without a port. But half the port or so will be out of the box

Well, it's not as bad as I thought. I generally design for <30m/s. You can see that the 6x10 port is ~30m/s and the 6x12 is ~25m/s, so you're right on the edge with the 6x10 port. Obviously the 6x12 port is going to have less port compression so will probably yield a little more SPL, but nothing that you would be able to tell by ear. And with tuning that low, you'll probably be okay. Honestly, I'd tune higher, closer to 50hz, but then you'd definitely want more port. This is why designing is so hard. There's so many variables and everyone likes a different sound.

Slightly. I doubt you'd hear the difference. I'd just put in the largest you can fit. Try to get as close to 80 in^2 as you can.

Anyone know how far I should keep an 8x8 port away from my rear window

I did a caddilac witha sixth order firing into the rear window recently. I made a fiberglass port that was the radius I wanted and glassed it to the rear deck. Besides the top of the car shaking, I havent heard any distortion from the port. Also, the shape of a rear window is actually great for bass lol. Here is a vid of the car Im talking about:
