Help designing a box for 3 15s
I am trying to figure out how to design a box for my 3 15" XFLS i hope to add a 4th later. Now i am not asking for a design just yet. What i would like to know is if there are some basic rules or pointers i need to follow. I have been messing around with Torres and RE box calc but i have know idea what im doing.
So far this is what i have come up with:

I'm pretty sure it is garbage i just don't have a clue.
My question are after the size of the box is decided how do you know how much port you need.
Is there a general rule for how many sq inches of port you need per cubic ft of box?
Port ratio? Any one have any advice? hopefully you can see what i'm shooting for here. i want to get a really loud daily driver. thanks for any help

Re: Help designing a box for 3 15s
Wait, are you trying to design a box that has baffle space you can just cut out to add the 4th sub? You might be able to make a sealed box like that work for both amounts of subs, but ported won't work well.
