What are the final goals? ie: Net volume and tuning?
Tuned to 32 hz:

as you can see the aeroport diameter is 6", but i couldn't find PVC in that size so i bought two 3" PVC pipes... how do i have to cut these to keep my 32hz tuning?
Looks like its a 6in port but pipe thickness is 1/4in 6 1/2 outer diameter you can use a thinner wall pipe if you can find one
no... just no. 2 3" does not equal 1 6"
That box is way to big for a single 6" port.. Why not shoot for a single 8"?
2 4" ports is close to a single 6". Just go to parts express and order a 6" aero port kit or you local sewage supply store should have 6" drain pipe.
One 6" port at 13" long = like 28" of port on a 4.5 cuft box.. That's tiny.
well i also have this design:

would this be better to use?
Any particular reason you're shying away from port area?
any help at all would be great..
Just go with the 'general rule' of port area.. 9-13 inches of port per cube if using an aero or 13-16 inches per cube for a slot.
