Technical name is Blowthrough, google blowthrough silverado and you should come across several in depth build threads.
I looked though those but all I seem to find are for 15s. Ive only seen a couple with 18s but just demo vids ya know. Ive got three 12s in a blowthrough now, but ths are the first set of18s ive owned. 10s 12s and fifteens ive done.
