my box is 33 wide 14 tall and 36 deep and the port is 3.75x25 and port lenght is 23..it hits the lows good but lacks the highs, was wondering if i need to tune higher if it would help

Subs - 2 15" Incriminator Audio Death Row
box- 8 cu ft net tuned to 32-33 hz
