newbie on making subwoofer box (need help)

hey guys i planning to change my old subwoofer box

i using 2x mtx thunder 4500 15inch
fusion nv-am16001

i wanna make a box for spl
anyone can design me a ported subwoofer box?
my boot is 37inch wide x 21inch height x 19inch deep

i cant read english very well...so..any easy way to calculate the correct size ?
and what thing must match with subwoofer?
