    MTX 8124 box ok?

If someone would just look over my box design and OK it, I would be much obliged. It's for an MTX 8000 12", and it's about the fourth box design I've posted on here in the last few months. However, this one should be pretty straightforward, but I thought I would post on here as a final safety check anyway. External 12 x 26 x 17 l x d x h, internal 2.15 ft^3 after displacement, tuned to 32 Hz with a 3 x 7 x 26 port. The main thing I'm worried about is the port, because it sort of bends where it exits the box (red circled area).

Also, does it matter where in the front panel the driver is mounted? Should it be near/far from the port entrance/exit?

    Thanks
