I have no ideas about round ports, but here's something to compare on my Solo X 12s. 24"l x4"w x 18"d each. Separate boxes (not ideal I know) 6cu each after displacement.

A single six inch aero per sub is fine. I'd imagine a single eight for the pair would suffice...just kinda depends on what size box you'll be using and the needed port length for a given tuning.
