Fi Q and prefab sealed box

Noob question:
Hopefully I'll get answers here, but would a prefab sealed box from ebay work just fine? This is the spec of the box.

Dimensions in inches: 13.5" Width x 13.5" Height x 13.75" Top depth x 13.75" Bottom Depth
Volume per sub: 1.0 cubic feet.
Mounting Depth: up to 13.75

What size sub is this for? If you're going to go with the Q and want to put it in a sealed box, I'd get the "high qts" option and put it in a little bigger box than you normally would(ie: 1-1.25ft^3 for 10" or 1.5-1.75ft^3 for 12")

He had high QTS but I think that was it...I don't have those PMs anymore.

I chose cooling and high qts, not sure if I Heat Ring really matters if you're going sealed. Mine sound just fine though. Hopefully some can answer your question.
