Felt over fiberglass

Can you put fleece on top of fiberglass? Im wondering if I use a thin material such as aT-shirt, soak it with resin, then lay fiberglass on top of that.... then to help make life easier put fleece on top of the glass. Some bondo and sand.

I doubt that would be strong enough for any load
