2.35ft^3 box with 1 4'' aero port total lengh 18'' with flares on both ends,what hz??

hey guys not sure how to calculate flared ports on aeros so i need a quick check...like i said box is 2.35 cubic ft with one 4'' aero port with both ends flared and its total lenght with flares is 18''...what would this box be tuned to and how much port displacement?

ok i got 26.xx without the flares just didnt know how to calc with them...what about port displacment?

Right around .15ft^3.

radius^2 x pi x length(I use the full port length to make up for the flares that I'm not accounting for, instead of taking 3/4" off for the baffle), then divide by 1728.

(2.125^2 x 3.14 x 18)/1728 = .148ft^3

yeah for displacement you need the outside diameter divide by 2 to get the outside radius

Once you figure out port displacement, don't forget to recheck net volume. It will change the port freq.

right smaller box = higher tuning keeping port the same
