    Icon32 will this be alright

    do u think 2 12' alpine type r powered by a alpine 500x2 downfiring in a .85cu/ft u think this system will bump please give me some answers on what u think

    I think the box is too small.

    Well, if it's the only box you can make then I guess you don't have a lot of choice then.

    Personally, if I was in that situation, I would get a single sub that would sound good in a small enclosure and could handel 1000w rms.

    Is the total volume 0.85 cuft? or is that the volume per sub?

    You could just get 1 Type R instead of 2. I currently have 2 Type R's, I love them but I am going to upgrade. I am looking into RE HC's, Magnum D2's and Kicker L7's.

    For the money they are a good woofer, but from what I hear they just don't compaire to the above woofers.
