What is the best way to run the speaker wires through a sealed sub box? I am trying to keep the tight seal. Thanks!

drill a hole that's just big enough for the wire, shove the wire thru and caulk around it. terminal cups are also a nice cosmetic touch and allow for ease of wiring. you can get them from your local audio store for less than $5, and they only require a holesaw, a drill and 4 screws to mount.

What do you think is the best way? Straight wire, or the terminal cups?

You need people like me so you can point your fvcking fingers, and say "that's the bad guy." So, what dat make you? Good? You're not good; you just know how to hide. Howda lie. Me, I don't have that problem. Me, I always tell the truth--even when I lie. So say goodnight to the bad guy. Come on; the last time you gonna see a bad guy like this, let me tell ya. Come on, make way for the bad guy. There's a bad guy comin' through; you better get outta his way!"

terminal cups vs drilling a hole, and running naked wires out to amp? i'd take terminal cups anyday. i personally use bi-pin connectors.
