    jasper jig

    were can i pick up a jasper jig for my router i cant seem to find one at a local store where did u guys pick yours up at and is there any substitute ?



    2001 impala
    head Unit- alpine cda-9886
    highs - Infinity Kappa 693.9I
    mids-Infinity Kappa 60.9cs xovers and tweets
    highs and mid amp- zapco 450 i-force
    Sub-2 12" Pioneer Premier TS-W3002D2
    Sub's Amp- not sure yet. what sound i go with?
    Wires- monster speaker wire , stinger amp kit
    box- need to get design and a idea of what hz to go with

    I just compared prices between Partsexpress and Amazon and placed an order

    since we live in the same area the shipping through parts express will be 11$ extra for a total of 40$

    I ordered from Amazon:
    Amazon.com: Used and New: Jasper 200J Model 200 Circle Cutting Jig for Plunge Router

    Supersaver shipping is 5-9 days but is free.

    Grand total 31.57$

    you forgot to buy all those little things to get the free shipping from PE lol. thats a good price though.

    Depends which one you get, there are a couple diff. models. The one that most people get can cut circles anywhere from 2-1/4" to 18-3/16" in diameter in 1/16" increments.

    It says right on the jig. I think its a 1/4 straight cut. I use a bit with a 1" cutting surface of 3/4" wood.

    THe jigs are calibrated for use with a 1/4" straight cut bit. Up spiral is my choice for use with the jasper.
