    This is it b4 i start to pour on the resin. Let me know what you guys think.

    yea it looks good but u need 2 pull it tighter. the more time u spend doing it now the less sanding and filling u will have 2 do later.

    That's what I was thinking. Stretch that underlayment until it's taught. Stretch out all of the wrinkles. Other wise you will be sanding for years to get the outside smooth.

    What kind of material is that? It looks really thin.

    And listen to ramos, he is God. When I was making my kicks, the fleece I used was pulled completely taut, but I still spent a good 3 or 4 hours of doing nothing but sanding on them. And that was for tiny little kicks, you've got a huge box to do.

    looks good, but I think your ports should be beside the the divider and closer together so they are moving the same airspace and not fighting with eachother.
