Need box plans

Im looking to get some box plans for a 18" custom sub im getting made. This is going in a 2003 Nissan Xterra, My max usable space dimensions are 40"w x 24"d x 17"H. The box has to be 5-6ft ported tuned to 35hz. Im willing to pay for the designs let me know thanks
