Re: Questions in my Head????????????????
Far from an expert... but increasing humidity, decreasing temperature, and lower altitude will make the cabin and box air more dense.
The more dense a fluid, the slower waves propagate through it... creating a longer wavelength at resonance.... (lower tuning freq)
The more dense your air, the more viscous it is... meaning it dissipates sound more rapidly.
If this affects SPL or tuning will depend on alot of variables in your setup, and how drastically the atmospheric conditions are changing. Not sure which ones are most important, but my guess is altitude, humidity, then temperature (order of importance).
