ported box and polyfill?

Does polyfill work with ported boxes as well? If you add some does it change what the port is tuned to? If it does, does it go up or down? I don't any more room for a bigger box so I can't make a new one.

polyfill slows down the waves inside the box and will most likely make your tuning frequency go down. its only good for a few hz in a sealed box, so it's probably not going to help your ported box noticably. Best thing to do is get a bag of polyfill and find out for yourself.
