Port in center of box opposed to one side

Ive always done single sub setups but my next will be 2 10"s. Port and subs will face the rear, any advantage to the port being in the center of the box or to one side?

Re: Port in center of box opposed to one side

so...which side? Ive read drivers side when box is facing forward, but would that be the same for a rear firing box?

Opposite side of where mic is to be placed, IIRC.
