i used fleece form wal mart before and mold fabric from select products
i'll never use walmart fleece again

Are you sure you were applying it right? If you worked with more than one batch of resin/hardener, the ratios could be different, making the fleece appear to be "inconsistent" when it was just the mixture.....you could have been applying not enough in one area and when you went back the hardening process already began.....there's lot of things that can explain what you're describing, but I highly, highly doubt it's due to faulty fleece.

yeah I use a mekp disensre, which is a MUCH better method than 4 drops etc
