Has anyone seen someone with one of these or built one yourself? What holds it all together? Just glue or would you screw it together? Also, how would it sound sealed?

alot of the time its glue.. it would probably sound really good if you got thick enough plexi to where it didn't vibrate..

How would you get the plexi to be 3/4" thick? I can't find sheets that thick. Also Thors, his box is really nice looking!

how big of a enclosure are you wanting to build? Lexan is what you want!!!!

Externals should be something like 30.25" L, 15.1" H, and 15.1" D. Should be something around 1.5 cu ft per side. 2 seperate chambers. This all considering 3/4" material.

expensive. i wanted to do one for my truck until i found out what sheets of 3/4 lexan cost.

Oh wow.. That is crazy.. Guess that idea was just put out then!
For 2 12's, what thickness would the walls need to be?

i have done several, normally it is done from 3/4, and they bond or weld the seams together, i have seen where they polish the ends and screw and glue, but all mine were put together like a big fish tank. why now just do a window on back panel to see inside box?
