dual 10" 1 slot port box HELP!! 2 simple questions

internal box dimensions: 29.75Wx15.25Dx13H = 3.41 GROSS VOLUME


ok so i got two 10 inch cutouts with ONE slot port running in between them...i havent yet glued/screwed down the slot walls because i want to confirm a few things...first off...

1. when calculating length of port are you supposed to use the entire internal box volume not including what the port will be taking up

2. my length calculated for my (13" high. 3 inch wide port) is 21 inches...the internal depth of my box is 14.25. sooo if it goes 14 inches back and i branch out to each side....to i have to go out 7 inches on both sides....or 3.5 inches on each side (to get to 21)

ok heres another pic....center dimensions...they do not goto the walls. any help would be greatllly appreciated and will show pics of my ex if you solve my problem and help me get this box finished

whats your box lxwxh overall dimentions?
and .75in wood right?

and port is supposed ot be 3in x ? x 21in

give me all the perameters your box is supped to be and ill check it for oyu

oh deapth is 14.25+the .75in of the front baffle right?

so you have 15in front front baffle to back of the box
you must stop half the diameter of the port from the wall so 3in /2 = 1.5in
so 13.5in from the 21in gone

now you have 7.5in left and since your in the middle of the 3in port to get to the side of the port add 1.5in to each side so you have now 4.5in total left for both sides so the sides should be 2.25in each side
