Building Box Inside Car

Would L brackets hold the box together just as good as if I were to just screw the piece of wood from the outside? I won't be able to screw it in from the outside and was wondering if L brackets inside the wood would hold it together as good? I will also be using a 2x2" for bracing on the inside.. Would the box still hold together pretty good with that? Any help would be great..

i m guessin it should hold it together. just use plenty of liquid nail tho. and i guess pput brackets every 4-6inch i tihnk it is (same distance apart between screws if u were to use them)
