can somone design a box real quick?

Im needing a design for 4 15's in a wall in my buddies car and these are the dimensions i have to work with.

35" tall
49" wide
21-23" deep

He is also willing to pay for the design as well so just let me know.

Also he is trying to keep weight down so if you can figure out a way to keep the box not so heavy that would be great.

use birch instead of MDF, aeroports instead of wood ports.

gonna cost a lot more doing it that way though.

I got 19 cubes internal before port and sub disp. Probably make it shorter, drop it down to around 13 cubes net. Do a 10*10 port firing back at the bottom center.

I believe he's going to use some Pierce Audio 15's WMD series. I want to keep it in the 30~34hz region. Also this is just a quick setup I need to do and the subs were the only ones in his price range at the moment. I believe the specs for the subs are listed on the website

Ya just make it shorter and shallower until you hit 13 ish cubes net. I don't have time to sketchup something, just pen and paper.

terra do u think 10*10 is enough port area? i was thinking like 10*15
