I have the bendable ports in my box. They arent bad at all.. just cost ALOT. I havent had any problems with mine.

I got the idea by looking at my heavy duty wet/dry vac. That tube has ribs on the outside but its smooth on the inside.

My biggest worry with a port like that is the port rattling around inside the box. I mean....your gonna hear that with a flex-port just coiled around inside the box.
