    The circle's are not perfect, but the grill may cover those up, over than that looks good.

    I didnt feel like buying a $80 circle jig for a router just to make a perfect circle....I'll fill it in with a little body filler.

    I said the same thing with my box. and if i was to go back and do it all over again, that would be the only thing i would change. those ****** rings are such a pain in the butt. If they were prefect round my box would have turned out so nice. I don't have a router or a perfect circle but now i think its a wise invest for the small details. Someday i'll buy one.
    Granted your just making kickpanels but you'll still look at them and thats all you'll see.

    Good luck, they look pretty good.

    It's not going to be that hard to make the circles perfect.....wrap some posterboard around the grill, place it in the hole, then fill in the gaps with body filler and smooth it all out.

    Yep the posterboard works great. Just use clear packing tape on the side that will touch the bondo to prevent sticking
