JL 13w3v3 sealed enclosure design

I just bought a JL 13w3v3 and will be making a sealed enclosure for it. I'll be using a JL 500/1v2amp. My questions is, JL reccomends a 1.75Ft3 for sealed enclosure's, would building one to 1.9Ft3 give me better results for lower Hz response? I'm going for SQL and low bass is very important for me.

EDIT: dealercostcaraudio had a black friday special on the JL 500/1v2 for $339 and the 13w3v3 for $179 brand new. I couldn't pass that up.
