I would also say build as much out of mdf as possible. it will be a pain in the a$$ to get panels that large perfectly flat from just glass.

Whats this goin in, what kind of subs do u have, if u have a couple 15''s in there i dont know if u would have enough airspace for them to sound as good as they should, unless its a lower end sub.
