layering

I have a question once you make the bottom and back out of fiber glass and stretch the material over and start layering fiber glas how do you keep from building alot around the mdf rings and anything else you got in with mdf............... and with out it looking stupid some people i need to leave the back off and build up the inside but that could be hard when its all fiber glass and ur connecting..................

jus build around that area.....u can always bondo or something similar to build up thickness......

I use a metal spatula/scraper around the mdf to push the mat down as closely and as tightly as possible. Just remember if you need to build up any thickness use reinforced body filler.

Plus when u add the body filler if that piles up u can just sand it.
