I was wondering if someone could direct me to a site that had blueprints or plans for a 8" Spl box. I really want a box that will make an 8 reach fairly high SPL. Or even a multiple 8 SPL box.

if you know the recommended airspace of the sub your usin the12volt.com has a box size calculator and it also has a port size calculator

If you want high spl tune your box to a higher frequency(higher free space resonance).
