    Low tuned ported vs. sealed

If I had 2 10" subs in a sealed box (.65 cubes per chamber) would I get more SPL if I made a ported box that is around 3 cubes tuned to 25 Hz???
(I need to tune it to 25 Hz because my SSF is set at 20 Hz)

Better SPL and I think you might even get better SQ too form the ported. If you go sealed in that small of a box, it will be tuned pretty high.
