    Trunk floor

    I have a Dodge Intrepid and i was wondering if it was hard to raise the floor a couple of inches..........thanks for the great help.....GONE

    Do you mean make a false floor ? It's easy. Trace the contours of your trunk on cardboard to make yourself a template. Then cut it out of wood.

    Nah it's a piece of cake. Dependig upon your trunk. You will probably need to make the floor in two or more pieces so you can get it in and out of your trunk.

    You can also trace the factory carpet bottom in some cars onto a piece of wood also, then just add about 1/2'' pieces of wood all the way around, i recently did this to my friends cobra it worked good.
