lol, I was gonna say. I hate those guys up there. The only thing I've had them do to my car was tinting, I won't let them touch anything else. They laughed at me when I told them I was competing with an american bass amp, saying that they are **** and I should have got a Memphis instead.

isnt that board going to mess with the port length?

so im guessing the suggested board is going to simply chamber the entire enclosure, correct? therefore leaving 2 subs per chamber, giving each chamber its own port?
im sure someone could correct me if im wrong, but i was told that when you chamber an enclosure, there is no significant difference in SQ or anything else. however, you could save yourself down the road if a sub in the box goes out. if one sub goes out and the box is un-chambered, all 4 will go out. if the enclosure is chambered, only the subs within such chamber will go out. ill see if i can pull up the quote from who originally told me to give you a little better help.
i would chamber it

EDIT: hope it helps
well if it was designed without the center board, and you add it, you will change the tuning. Your effectivly sqeezing the port by .75". So if the port starts at 3" on each side, when it hits the middle it will be reduced by .375" and this will higher the tuning. you would need to recalc the box to add that and keep to the original tuning.
I just went thru that with my box.
Nothing to see here, Move along.
wouldnt it change the tunning?

i would say it was designed without the board, as edzy said changing the size changes the frequency it is tuned at, if you chamber it you do need to be sure that they are 100% symmetrical. your not gonna change it to much either way with/without the divider, as long as you adjust for the spacing of it, as far as the common space burning all 4 up if one goes out, usually you can notice the drop in spl when one goes out and becomes a passive radiator (kinda sorta) but then again im not so sure how well you can tell with something thats that big and right in your face
