Port area for two OLD 15's

Was thinking 60in^2 at 30 hz sealed off trunk?
jbl gt152. The manual calls for 4 cubes (each) at 27 hz (3x8.7" round port). But thats too low for my tastes and i dont have that kinda space. MAYBE 6.5 cubes.

I'm sure 10-12^2 per cube will do fine...
