I'm wondering the same thing. Hopefully the 5 way one is good because I got 2 of them for my setup. Anyone know anything between this comparison?

A 5-way allows you to use a bannana plug, which is great for electronics stuff but kinda useless for car audio. It also lets you screw down a spade lug which is handy sometimes. But for speaker wires it's overkill.
