Opinions on this enclosure?

Hi, this is a stealth box made by crutchfield. If people give it a poor rating here, then I will go with a regular box taking up trunk space. I really want some clear and loud bass, but nothing very astonishing, or competition level (obviously if im looking at this thing) I really don't know how much sound could come out of a box with this design as i've never seen anything like it, but then again I don't know all that much about enclosure designs.


I dont have the exact dimensions on this box, but it's fitted with a 10" woofer.

I don't know how loud it would get but it looks like a nice stealth fit and im sure it would be clean bass being a JL sub in a sealed enclosure.

The answer you seek is a simple one. If you want to preserve the usefulness of your cargo area, then the enclosure that you show above is a perfect choice. Just keep in mind that you wont be breaking windshields with that setup. Im sure it will add plenty of low end to your ride.

i think tha'ts the stealth box designed by JL....which when i had heard one it sounded clean and got decently loud for 1 10.

Oh you're right, my mistake. I think I will give it a shot then. It's for an X5.
