What if i have polyfill in a box that really doesnt need it? Cuz i inverted a sub in my box and it had pollyfil in it and i didnt think to remove it so should i take it out or is it not hurting nething

Won't hurt anything. You might get a slightly
tighter sound if you remove the poly-fil.
How did inverting your sub change the sound?
BTW I used to live in Zephyrhills. I raced R/C cars in Tampa.
